Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist at EVeez. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, project management, sales, communication, and analytical skills. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations, conduct market research, and provide insights to improve performance and profitability.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decision making
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and clients
Proven sales experience to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
Experience in operations management and project management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience in the electric vehicle or transportation industry is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
● Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
● Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
● Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
● Formulate strategic and operational objectives
● Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
● Manage budgets and forecasts
● Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
● Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
● Recruit, train and supervise staff
● Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
