Founded in the year 2021, Travcred came to life to empower the Indian traveler with instant bookings and comprehensive choices. The company initiated its journey serving the International travel market, offering a range of best-value products and services powered by technology and round-the-clock customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with the leads/clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and special requests, and guide them accordingly.
2. Curating, planning, and organizing client travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
3. Collaborate with vendors in different sectors like transportation, accommodation, and travel planners.
4. Apply problem-solving skills to handle any unforeseen issues during travel, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
5. Focused on the sales efforts by identifying potential leads, promoting travel packages, and closing deals with leads/clients.
6. Organize/handle large-scale events, including conferences and retreats, as per the client's requirements.
7. Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including pros and cons.
8. Coordinate with vendors and get the best packages/deals as per the client's requirements.
We don't want someone to work overtime or always be puzzled with work, we are looking for someone who is active and good at planning and smartly handles her/his responsibility.
Working days: We have 6 days working- only in the second and fourth week, 5 days working.
