We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Intern to join our team. ● Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
● Design and recommend data-driven process enhancements
● Assist with implementation of tools for automation, reporting, and internal communication
● Track operational KPIs and build dashboards or reports
● Support customer delivery processes and vendor/partner coordination
● Help draft SOPs and training documentation for internal use
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Sales, HR, and Product
