We are looking for Operation Executive/specialist. we are looking for someone who make sure our daily operations run smoothly and quickly so we can deliver services on time and keep clients satisfied.
Key Responsibilities -
• Make sure daily operations run smoothly and support fast service delivery
• Review and improve processes for onboarding clients and delivering services
• Keep internal tools like CRMs and trackers updated and accurate
• Spot problems early and help fix issues that slow down work
• Work with different teams to remove obstacles and improve efficiency
Job Requirements-
• Around 2+ years of experience in operations or process management (tech/agency experience is a plus)
• Someone who pays attention to detail and takes full ownership of their work
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead
• Comfortable working with business tools and improving workflows
