Job Title: Operation Executive

Location: Chembur

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, dependable, and good at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-desk duties: answering calls, handling visitors, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence

• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Support HR and finance departments with documentation and data entry

• Ensure cleanliness and order in the office environment

• Assist in handling petty cash and basic bookkeeping

• Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role (preferred)

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Well-organized with a strong attention to detail

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
