We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support credit card sales by managing backend tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring proper documentation. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth processing and compliance throughout the customer journey.
Daily Record Management:
Maintain accurate records of all daily customer interactions, applications received, and conversion statuses.
Update sales data in spreadsheets, CRM tools, or internal systems.
Coordination & Follow-ups:
Liaise with internal credit card processing teams to track application status.
Ensure timely updates on approvals, rejections, or pending cases.
Support sales executives by handling backend operational queries and requests.
Documentation Handling:
Cross-check submitted KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, income proof, etc.) for completeness and accuracy.
Flag any discrepancies or missing details for quick resolution.
Ensure all forms are signed and scanned as per guidelines.
Compliance & Quality Check:
Ensure that all sales and documentation processes follow banking norms, KYC rules, and RBI regulatory guidelines.
Prevent errors, fraud, or incomplete processing by performing regular audits.
Reporting & MIS:
Generate daily/weekly reports on application status, lead quality, and conversion ratio.
Share reports with the sales and management team for performance tracking.
