Job Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role requires coordination across departments, problem-solving, and process improvement to support organizational growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

   • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.

   • Ensure smooth workflow between different departments.

2. Process Improvement

   • Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement solutions.

   • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Data & Reporting

   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

   • Track and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency.

4. Coordination & Communication

   • Serve as a liaison between management and staff.

   • Handle queries, escalations, and operational issues.

5. Compliance & Quality Control

   • Ensure all processes meet company and regulatory standards.

   • Monitor and maintain product/service quality.
