Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and dynamic Operations Executive – Legal Field Work to handle property-related legal operations. The role involves field visits for land identification, managing registry work, document handling, and administrative coordination. The candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and be open to frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify, verify, and inspect land for property registration.

• Handle registry and documentation work at local registrar and government offices.

• Draft and send professional emails and letters related to legal and property matters.

• Prepare, manage, and update Excel sheets for tracking documents, land data, and project timelines.

• Communicate effectively with clients, legal personnel, and government staff.

• Ensure proper collection and submission of documents as per legal requirements.

• Assist in organizing and filing property-related paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

• Be willing and ready to travel outside Lucknow regularly as per work requirements.

Key Requirements:

1. Job Location: Must be ready to work and travel outside Lucknow only.

2. Communication Skills: Must have good speaking ability in Hindi and basic English.

3. Excel Skills: Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, formulas, etc.)

4. Travel Readiness: Must be open and comfortable with regular travel to different locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Legal/Administrative background is a plus).

• Prior experience in field operations, land registry, or legal support work.

• Basic understanding of property and land documentation procedures.
