Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide training to the new and existing customers for our inventory management module.
Can manage a Maximum of queries a day
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, shows the role’s alignment with customer support demands.
Handle basic to critical level queries that might arise post-training for the Inventory
Management Module.
Work closely with the Operation Manager to maintain TAT for providing training.
Good with handling customer communication via calls and emails
Additional Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
Strong computer skills and proficiency with data entry software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is desirable.
