Ø Manage and oversee our operational processes, including customer onboarding, Products processing, and customer support.
Ø Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost savings.
Ø Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Ø Manage and develop a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Ø Ensure that our operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in any stream
· 1+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a Fintech company.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and management.
· Experience with process management, including process mapping, analysis, and improvement.
