Key Responsibilities:
Auto cad knowledge is required.
Coordinate service requests and spare part dispatches.
Maintain service and complaint records
Ensure product quality and packaging standards are maintained.
Follow safety guidelines during handling and dispatch
Communicate with suppliers for material follow-up
Coordinate with customers for site updates, delivery, and installation schedules..
Plan and monitor dispatch schedules for ready doors.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery to sites.
Verify packing list, invoices, and E-way bills before dispatch
Coordinate with site engineers and installation teams
Ensure site readiness before dispatch and installation.
Arrange necessary tools, accessories, and manpower for site work.
Maintain project status reports (production, dispatch, installation).
Update records of door types, sizes, and customer details.
Prepare and circulate daily / weekly operation reports.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/BE Mechanical and 2-3 years' Experience. The position requires excellent knowledge of Operations, Auto CAD and Communication and Logistics. The candidate must be familiar with Above mentioned activities.
