Job Summary:

The NDR/Intransit Executive will be responsible for managing non-delivery reports (NDR), monitoring in-transit shipments, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring smooth last-mile delivery of customer orders. This role requires excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor in-transit shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and coordinate with courier partners for reattempts or issue resolution.

Update and maintain accurate data on delivery status in internal systems.

Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details or resolve delivery-related issues.

Ensure 99% calls via IVR and record in-transit communication for quality checks.

Collaborate with customer support, dispatch, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks.

Track and report daily shipment status to the Operations Manager.

Maintain performance reports for delivery success rates and courier efficiency.

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

Understanding of logistics or e-commerce delivery operations.
