Dispatch & Delivery Coordination:
Schedule and monitor daily pickups and deliveries.
Ensure timely dispatch of consignments to their destinations.
Coordinate with drivers and delivery agents for route optimization.
Operations & Process Management:
Maintain shipment logs, tracking reports, and delivery documentation.
Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations effectively.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and scanning of parcels.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, delays, or issues.
Provide shipment tracking updates and resolve complaints promptly.
Team Coordination:
Supervise and manage delivery staff and support team.
Train new delivery executives on SOPs and safety guidelines.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday (Timings based on shift/operation needs)
Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required
