Maintain and optimize the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data.
Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
Work closely with sales leadership to develop forecasting models and performance tracking.
Assist in sales planning, territory alignment, and quota management.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success.
Support onboarding and training of new sales team members in tools and processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to sales operations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with BI tools and Advance Excel is mandatory (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and incentive plans.
Exposure to process automation and sales enablement tools.
