Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities of our business. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflows, maintain service quality, and help implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

• Monitor and manage supply chain/logistics/inventory (as applicable).

• Prepare and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Maintain records, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Identify bottlenecks and work with teams to resolve operational issues.

• Support management in planning and executing strategic initiatives.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of goods/services.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues as needed.

• Handle order processing and dispatch of orthopaedic implants and related products.

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and sales teams for delivery and product availability.

• Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels.

• Follow up with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Prepare and maintain documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.

• Ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.

• Support the operations manager in daily tasks.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific] operations.

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
