We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating between departments, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Monitor processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities (as applicable).
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and services.
Generate and analyze reports on operational performance and KPIs.
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve operational issues and escalate where necessary.
Maintain documentation related to processes, transactions, and activities.
Support the implementation of new tools, software, or systems to improve workflow.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in [industry-specific detail: e.g., logistics, FMCG, manufacturing].
Knowledge of lean operations, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
