Post for which candidate is required: Operations Executive

Job Profile: Should have relevant experience in operations & production in executing

various tasks. Below The Line (BTL) campaigns and activations like:

a) Road Shows (Van Campaigns)

b) Mall / Market Activation Setups

c) Event Setups (Dealer Meets/ Employee Meets)

Will be Required to do the following:

(i) Should be ready to work on ground level in close association with vendors.

(ii) Should have a good database of vendors for such campaigns all across India.

(iii) Should also be able to handle these activations on their own.

(iv) Will be required to interact with the client during these activities.

(v) Reporting will be an integral part of these activities.

(vi) Would be required to travel to rural locations, where road shows are taking

place, and/or would be required to visit various vendors to oversee production.

(vii) Will be responsible for all operations and production, as well as reporting, for

the project assigned to him.

Imp: Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

7. Required Experience: Minimum six months in a related profile.

8. Minimum Education Level: A degree from an event management institute, such as

NIEM, is preferred.

Minimum graduate/engineer should apply.

9. Age group: Any Age group

10. Location of work: Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi – 110019.

11. Working hours (office timing): 10 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th

Saturdays are off)

12. Salary proposed: Starting from INR 18,000 – INR 20,000 per month.
