We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to manage policy processing, documentation, and customer coordination in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with insurance workflows and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new insurance proposals, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

• Ensure timely issuance of policies and documentation for health, or general insurance.

• Coordinate with underwriters, sales teams, and third-party vendors for smooth operations.

• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and IRDAI regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, payments, and customer communications.

• Track pending cases and follow up for missing information or approvals.

• Support in claims intimation, documentation, and follow-up with insurers or TPAs.

• Handle customer queries related to policy status, claims, and servicing.
