Job Description – Operations Executive (Female)

We are looking for a presentable, proactive, and organized Operations Executive to join our immigration consultancy. This position is open exclusively for female candidates. The role involves managing client relations, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth operational flow in daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client handling, from initial consultation to service completion.

• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and follow-up.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in client interactions.

• Provide accurate solutions to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Process and manage client documentation and visa applications.

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, external agencies, and clients.

• Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in operational planning.

• Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Should be presentable and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

• Graduate in any discipline; background in immigration or operations preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.

• Ability to stay focused and perform effectively under job pressure.
