Job Description
- Receive and Process sales orders from Clients Accurately and Timely
- Verify pricing, product availability & delivery information
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time order fulfilment
- Provide Administrative Support to the Director | Scheduling meetings, Preparing Presentations & managing calendars
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests & issues - Promptly and Professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction & repeat business
- Basic MIS Reports/files in Ms-Excel/MS-Word | Track Purchase & Sales using MS Excel
- Co-coordinating with Sales Executives to get reports regularly
- Keeping track of inward & outward Inventory
- Very good in Ms-Excel | MS-Office/ Computer literate
