Job Description

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing freshly prepared meals. Help customize meal orders based on client specifications

• Coordinate shipping updates and handle shipping-related escalations. Communicate with our manufacturing unit based in Mysore

• Manage invoices and assist with basic documentation. Run external errands as required (e.g., printing, banking, supplier meetings)

• Support business inbox management and assist with call scheduling. Provide general administrative support to the team

• Be open to learning and supporting various new initiatives and projects

• Strong Communication skills and multi - tasking

• Basic computer skills(MS Word and MS Excel)
