Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Sales

• Make outbound calls (including cold calls) to prospective and existing clients.

• Collect client requirements and share details with the sales/operations team.

• Follow up with clients on proposals, quotations, and pending requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  

Back-Office & Operations Support

• Prepare invoices, contracts, and sales-related documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of client data, interactions, and transactions.

• Support the sales team in daily operations and backend processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment/service delivery.
  

Meetings & Coordination

• Attend client meetings (online/offline) as required.

• Assist senior sales managers in negotiations and presentations.

• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to make effective sales calls and manage follow-ups.

• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Prior experience in sales or operations preferred.
