Responsibilities:
Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and other advertising strategies. And try to promote and market the business to new markets and follow-up the old clients or customer’s timely basis.
He is responsible for handling bookings, providing pricing information, invoicing, issuing of tickets and confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
It also requires combining travel packs, looking after accommodation and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages and predict profits or number of bookings.
Have to contact airlines, hotels, and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements and deal with payments using market research information.
One should be active in Social Media PROMOTIONS and able to adopt CRM tool for quotes, email marketing and self leads follow up.
Provide general and specific advice about different travel destinations.
Maintain accurate client data and promote through mails and arrange appointments of travel agent’s/agents recruitment/clients made at least 2-3 times a week.
At least 1 road show /expo should be participated in a Month.
