Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Operations professional with strong expertise in MS Excel to support and streamline our sales processes. The role involves handling day-to-day sales operations, preparing reports, analyzing data, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth execution of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain sales data, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, etc.).
Support the sales team by providing accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights.
Monitor daily sales performance, lead pipelines, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of sales and operational activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, analyze trends, and identify gaps/opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure accuracy of data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Assist in creating process automation and templates in Excel to optimize efficiency.
Handle backend operations including order management, invoicing support, and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Dashboarding, etc.).
Good understanding of sales processes and operations management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, MIS, or Data Analysis.
Prior experience in real estate / IT / service industry (preferred but not mandatory).
