Key Responsibilities :

1. Franchise & Salon Setup
   

   • Coordinate pre-inauguration activities for new salons/franchises

   • Ensure salon readiness, staff onboarding, and branding compliance

2. Manager & Franchise Owner Training
   

   • Train salon managers and franchisees on SOPs, service standards, and operations

   • Conduct ongoing refresher trainings and support

3. Software Management
   

   • Implement and monitor salon software across all outlets

   • Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate usage for billing, CRM, and inventory

4. Daily Operations & Reporting
   

   • Monitor daily sales, bookings, and productivity across branches

   • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management

5. Salon Audits
   

   • Conduct regular audits for hygiene, service quality, inventory, and SOP compliance

   • Share reports and follow up on corrective actions

6. Inventory & Vendor Coordination
   

   • Track product usage and maintain inventory across all locations

   • Liaise with vendors for timely procurement

7. Outlet Support & Coordination
   

   • Provide day-to-day support to all outlets

   • Visit salons regularly and ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency

Job Requirements:

Applicants must have Graduate with 3 - 6+ years in Data Entry or Back Office work, demonstrating proficiency in Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Audits, Software skills. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
