About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Data Intern who can support daily administrative and data tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to understand HR operations while also gaining exposure to technical and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily registers (in Excel)

Organize and manage internal data and documentation

Assist in recording receipts and valuable internal data

Support with employee records and basic HR activities

Learn and support ongoing technical and admin activities in the plant

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry

Willingness to learn technical concepts and work in a plant environment

Good communication and organizational skills

Freshers or students looking for practical exposure can apply

Bonus Skills (Not mandatory)

Familiarity with basic HR processes

Knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, MS Word
