The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff supervision, inventory control, store presentation, and building strong relationships with customers to boost loyalty and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop.

• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

• Manage stock levels and order new stock when necessary.

• Monitor product display and ensure pricing is accurate and up to date.

• Handle store opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain safety and security procedures.

Customer Management:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Address customer complaints, returns, and feedback promptly.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, or social media (if applicable).
