We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized Office Executive who can manage day-to-day office operations, client coordination, and telecalling activities. The ideal candidate should be efficient in multitasking, maintaining smooth backend operations, and confidently handling telephonic interactions with clients, vendors, and dealers.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and suppliers for timely order processing and dispatch.
Maintain order records, track deliveries, and ensure timely follow-ups on pending shipments.
Support the operations team in preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Update and maintain client and supplier databases in Excel or CRM systems.
Handle office administration tasks like managing courier dispatches, filing documents, and maintaining stock records.
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients/dealers for business inquiries and order follow-ups.
Handle inbound client queries professionally and ensure proper communication of information.
Follow up on quotations sent, coordinate sample requirements, and maintain client communication records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through prompt communication and support.
Collect feedback from clients and escalate relevant information to the management team.
Assist the sales team in lead generation and updating daily call reports.
Share product details and offers over calls, WhatsApp, or email with interested clients.
Coordinate between sales and operations for order execution and client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and a proactive approach.
Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain relationships.
Prior experience in operations, telecalling, or admin roles preferred.
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or telecalling.
Experience in corporate gifting, FMCG, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per experience and skills.
