The PC Process Coordinator supports daily production control activities, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate scheduling, and timely movement of materials. The role coordinates with various teams to maintain efficient production processes.
Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor job progress.
Ensure timely release and tracking of work orders.
Update production status and data in ERP/MRP systems.
Communicate with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams.
Resolve delays, material shortages, or process issues.
Maintain accurate production records and generate basic reports.
Support process improvements and follow standard procedures.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in production control or manufacturing coordination.
Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
