Key Responsibilities:

📞 Telecalling & Customer Support:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services/products.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.

🗂️ Administrative & Office Support:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

• Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.

• Assist with data entry, preparation of reports, and maintaining databases.

📅 Scheduling & Coordination:

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.

📦 Inventory & Office Management:

• Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Oversee courier management, filing, and other clerical duties.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

💡 Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English, Hindi, Telugu, or preferred languages].

• Strong telecalling skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

🕑 Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
