We are currently seeking a dependable and proactive Office Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to a well-organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and documents.

• Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing.

• Maintain office cleanliness and pantry.

• Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.

• Run errands including purchasing office items when required.

• Visit banks and client locations as needed.

• Assist in organizing office events such as meetings, team lunches and celebrations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of office equipment

• Good communication and computer skills

• Physically capable of handling tasks like lifting and moving supplies.
