Maintain and organize company records and files systematically.
Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and filing for easy retrieval.
Handle physical and digital records with confidentiality.
Verify and update records regularly to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with departments to collect and manage documents.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and records efficiently.
