 Processing all At warehouse, In transit, Delivery data

 Vehicle Tracking

 Coordinating with drivers for vehicle loading and unloading on daily

basis.

 Coordinating with plant executives as and when necessary for vehicle

loading and unloading.

 Ensures to get proper documents for further bill generation (POD copies,

invoices, and all other doc)

 Outsides Transporters

 Ensuring to track and receive POD copies from all the transporters on

time.

 Timely reminders to all the transporters

 Recording all transporters payment and outstanding in excel.

 Documentation

 Keeping and Recording all the necessary documents

 Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily retrievable for audits and

reporting purposes. Providing damage certificate, TDS declaration, monetary letter as and

when required

 Email and Correspondence Handling



Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to logistics

operations.

Respond promptly to queries from clients, suppliers, and internal
