🎯 Job Responsibilities:

✅ 1. Lead Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, validate, and manage data related to lead generation activities.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and campaign results in CRM systems.

• Update and monitor lead trackers, daily performance reports, and dashboards.

✅ 2. MIS Reporting

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead generation metrics and team performance.

• Generate insights and analytics to support the lead generation team and management decisions.

• Analyze lead conversion ratios, source effectiveness, and campaign ROI.

✅ 3. Data Cleaning & Validation

• Ensure all leads and prospect data are clean, standardized, and enriched before distribution to the sales or calling teams.

• Remove duplicate or invalid entries and maintain database hygiene.

✅ 4. Process Coordination

• Coordinate with the lead generation team to understand data requirements and reporting needs.

• Assist in the implementation of data process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

🔧 Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)

• Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage large data sets efficiently

• Effective communication for inter-team coordination

• Basic understanding of lead generation processes and KPIs
