🎯 Job Responsibilities:
✅ 1. Lead Data Management & Reporting
Collect, validate, and manage data related to lead generation activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and campaign results in CRM systems.
Update and monitor lead trackers, daily performance reports, and dashboards.
2. MIS Reporting
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on lead generation metrics and team performance.
Generate insights and analytics to support the lead generation team and management decisions.
Analyze lead conversion ratios, source effectiveness, and campaign ROI.
✅ 3. Data Cleaning & Validation
Ensure all leads and prospect data are clean, standardized, and enriched before distribution to the sales or calling teams.
Remove duplicate or invalid entries and maintain database hygiene.
✅ 4. Compliance & Data Confidentiality
Ensure all data handling processes are compliant with company data policies and privacy standards.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business and lead information.
🔧 Key Skills Required:
Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Good analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage large data sets efficiently
Effective communication for inter-team coordination
Basic understanding of lead generation processes and KPIs
