We're seeking an Executive to join our team and conduct background verifications for our clients. You'll be responsible for verifying candidates' employment history, education, and other relevant information to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background verifications through phone calls, emails, and online research
- Verify employment history, education, and other relevant information
- Analyze and evaluate data to identify potential risks or discrepancies
- Prepare and submit reports to clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in background verification or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools
