We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven MIS Executive to streamline our order processing, shipping coordination, and internal data management functions.
Role Overview:
As an MIS Executive at Tilting Head, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order cycle – from label generation to data entry, and coordination with delivery partners. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate data tracking, and real-time updates for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full order management process from order confirmation to final delivery.
Generate shipping labels accurately and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain and regularly update internal Excel/Google Sheets for tracking orders, inventory, and customer details.
Coordinate with logistics partners and courier agencies to ensure prompt delivery and resolve shipment issues.
Track order statuses and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
Ensure all data related to product, customer, returns, and delivery is accurately recorded and reported.
Share daily/weekly MIS reports with management and relevant teams.
Assist the customer support team with order or logistics-related escalations.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in an MIS, order management, or logistics coordination role (preferably in e-commerce/D2C brands).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivots, basic dashboards).
Familiarity with order and logistics platforms like Shiprocket, Pickrr, etc.
Strong communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external delivery partners.
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask and handle operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
