Job Title: MIS Executive cum Receptionist (1-Year Experience)

Salary: 15000 to 20000
Maintain and update reports, dashboards, and data using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to internal teams and management
Handle front desk operations – attend calls, greet visitors, manage appointments and walk-ins
Manage and organize emails – respond, forward, and escalate queries as required
Maintain records, handle documentation, and assist with administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting
Ensure smooth office communication and basic support for staff and visitors
Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of professional email handling (Gmail/Outlook)
Polite, presentable, and organized
Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers and scanners
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS or similar role
Familiarity with reception/front-desk duties is a plus
