Job Title: MIS Executive (Google Apps Script )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Executive with hands-on experience in Google Apps Script to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and manage data across Google Workspace tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, automating tasks in Google Sheets, and ensuring timely delivery of accurate MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Google Apps Script.

●     Write and maintain custom Google Apps Script to automate data extraction, email triggers, form workflows, or report generation.

●     Collaborate with departments (sales, finance, HR, etc.) to understand reporting requirements and implement efficient solutions.

●     Clean, structure, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and KPIs.

●     Schedule automated email reports and alerts using Google Apps Script.

●     Troubleshoot and debug scripts, optimize code, and maintain documentation.

●     Ensure data integrity, consistency, and real-time updates in all reporting systems.

Requirements:

●     1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role.

●     Strong command of Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).

●     Proficiency in Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based) — including APIs for Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Forms, Calendar.

●     Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.

●     Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.

●     Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

●     Experience with Looker Studio / Google Data Studio dashboards.

●     Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or API integration.

●     Experience with task automation and workflow tools like Zapier or Make.com.

●     Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., GitHub for Apps Script).
