Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain our Management Information System (MIS). The role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow to support decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze business data from various departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and automated reports.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decisions.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in reports and systems.

• Coordinate with different teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, etc.) for data collection and validation.

• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide support for process improvements.

• Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes.

• Assist in automation of reporting processes using MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

• Familiarity with databases (SQL, Access, etc.) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle large data sets and work under deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce / Science / IT / Statistics / Mathematics / Business Administration or related field.

• Additional certifications in data analytics or MIS tools will be preferred.

Experience:

• 2–6 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting roles.

• Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered.
