The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making. This role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, creating dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to assist management in operational and strategic planning.
Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to generate accurate and timely reports.
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop and manage dashboards for performance tracking and KPIs.
Assist in the automation of reports and improvement of data processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleansing.
Support different departments (HR, Production, Sales, etc.) with custom reports as needed.
Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data management standards.
Coordinate with IT for data extraction, system enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar MIS or data management role.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) is essential.
Working knowledge of database tools (MS Access, SQL) and ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in business analytics or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Basic understanding of financial and operational metrics.
Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
