Key Responsibilities:
- System implementation, Modification and Maintrnance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movement, and customer transactions.
- Monitor and update ERP, POS, and CRM systems for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze sales and stock data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, tagging, and barcode management.
- Coordinate with software vendors and IT teams for troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Support sales and accounts teams with data and reporting requirements.
