Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports, dashboards, and data models.

• Collect, process, and analyze data to generate insights for decision-making.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all reporting systems.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for different business functions.

• Automate data collection and reporting processes for efficiency.

• Work closely with different teams to understand reporting requirements and provide relevant solutions.

• Manage databases and ensure proper data storage and security.

• Identify trends and patterns from data to provide business insights.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data reporting and MIS systems.

• Support management in ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline

2. 2-5 years of experience in MIS, data management, or a similar role

3. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros)

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

6. Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful reports.

7. Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Excel tools, vlookup, hlookup[ (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)

• Experience in Salesforce CRM, Amazon Quicksight

• Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
