Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:

01) Data Management: Ensure accurate, timely, and relevant data collection, storage, and retrieval for informed decision-making.

02) Reporting and Analytics: Develop and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide insights into business performance and trends.

03) System Implementation and Maintenance: Implement, maintain, and upgrade MIS systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

04) Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

05) Dashboards: Develop and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc) and interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) within each business unit.

06) User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of MIS systems.

07) Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

08) Travel to College/Educational Institutions to present the data to the students.

Key Skills Required:

01) Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Bachelor's degree; graduation in Information Management, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field would be a plus.

02) Work Experience: 2 to 3 years as Data Management Executive/MIS Executive.

03) Notice Period: Candidate who can join on immediate basis would be preferred.

04) Salary Range: Up to Rs 3.0 Lacs Per Annum / Rs. 25,000 Per Month

05) Job Type: Permanent

06) Working Days: Monday to Friday

07) Communication and Languages: Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any other languages would be a plus.

08) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc

09) Good analytical, and problem-solving skills

10) Although the job is majorly Work-from-Home (WFH), the candidate must travel to colleges or educational institutions with the team to present the data.
