Position : MIS Executive

Expr : 6 months to 2 years

Location : Karkhana ,Secundrabad

Salary : Based on Previous Package

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1 year of experience to manage and support our data reporting and analysis needs. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, basic data handling knowledge, and a good understanding of reporting tools and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal departments and management

• Maintain and update MIS databases regularly

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources

• Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel and other tools

• Analyze trends, variances, and provide actionable insights

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of reports before submission

• Coordinate with different teams for data and report requirements

• Automate routine reporting processes using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data tools (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good written and verbal communication

• Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
