Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain data systems, generate reports, and provide valuable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, knowledge of databases, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.

• Automate reporting processes using Excel Macros, VBA, or other tools.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

• Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate data.

• Assist in creating dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Prepare presentations and summaries for management review.

• Support audit requirements and data requests.

• Suggest improvements for data processes and system efficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.)

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in [Industry: e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, FMCG, etc.]

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
