Job Description: Office Assistant Cum Accountant

Position: Office Assistant Cum Accountant
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Location: Kidwai puri sri krishna nagar, Patna
Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Diploma in Office Management or Modern Office Management.

• Proficiency in typing in both English and Hindi.

• Required Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of email handling and internet browsing.

• Experience with basic accounting software (e.g., Tally) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily office operations as directed by senior staff.

• Manage office tasks such as record-keeping, file maintenance, and bookkeeping.

• Perform data entry and ensure accurate records of office activities.

• Maintain and present files, documents, and data as required.

• Manage financial records.

• Ensure smooth functioning of office tasks by managing communications and other clerical duties.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a similar role will be given preference.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
