Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Perform data analysis and create dashboards using MS Excel for management review.
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas to organize and analyze data.
Present data in graphical formats for easy understanding and insights.
Support basic accounting functions including ledger updates and expense tracking.
Assist in the preparation and submission of TDS payments and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required financial and operational data.
Support day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization.
Basic understanding of MIS reporting principles and best practices.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
