Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Finance & Accounts team as part of the FTR Operations. This role will primarily involve managing MIS reports, coordinating effectively between teams, and handling client communications with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and analyze MIS reports to support business operations.
Coordinate seamlessly with Customer Care and Business teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Handle client emails professionally and ensure timely closure of queries on the portal.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of operational processes and communications.
Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory (B.Com / M.Com preferred) with a finance background.
Strong proficiency in Excel and related financial tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Prior experience in MIS handling and client communication will be an advantage.
