Coordinate with sales teams to consolidate and manage sales data, pipeline status, and customer updates.
Analyze sales trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics using Excel and other analytical tools.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, Power Query, macros, etc.).
Identify opportunities for sales process improvement through data insights.
Support ad hoc data analysis requests from Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and improve workflow efficiency.
